Our evaluation process is short and decisive. We are small and unencumbered by lengthy procedures and bureaucracy. We prefer to respond to a business plan, but this may be a work in progress. We place more stress on the qualitative aspects of a proposal. The most important step for us is meeting with management. Typically, prospective investments are referred to us by an affiliate or Limited Partner.
