We provide the following types of financing for quality growth companies in our focus industries:

• Expansion Capital. Our primary activity is providing expansion capital for growth companies. We do not invest in pre-revenue, early-stage or development-stage companies, however promising the concept. We leave the challenges and rewards of early-stage venture capital to others more focused on that activity. The expertise, experience and relationships that we bring to portfolio companies are better suited for companies with products or services already in the market and a level of revenues that indicates some business maturity.

• Management Buyouts. We assist management teams in acquiring the businesses they operate. We provide equity for management teams to acquire public companies, private companies and divisions of larger companies.

• Restructurings and Recapitalizations. We provide equity capital to permit owners of private and smaller capitalization companies to achieve liquidity in their holdings, often as part of a larger infusion of growth capital. We also provide equity capital to private and public companies as part of a recapitalization or restructuring.
